Are you a teacher looking to access the PTA’s Teacher Discretionary Funds? Are you a CHES community member who paid out of pocket for a PTA-related expense? You are in the right place!

Reimbursement Requests

Submit your reimbursement request using our CHES PTA Reimbursement Form. Once the form is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email and the PTA Treasurer will be notified of your submission. If you have any questions, please contact the PTA Treasurer at treasurer@chespta.net.

Teacher Discretionary Fund

Each year, the CHES PTA manages a Teacher Discretionary Fund to assist with unexpected costs teachers may encounter during the year. The CHES PTA offers $100 each semester to teachers.

Teachers are encouraged to first request funding through the school or district.
