Regal Fundraising Campaign 2.0 for 2026
If you'll be spending big bucks at the Regal Cinemas this year to take in all the fantastic family-friendly flicks, we're here to help with Regal Fundraising Campaign 2.0! When you buy a 2-ticket bundle for $30, 25% of that purchase comes back to the CHES PTA to fund future events and programs! Or sign up to be a Team Member and help us sell tickets to raise funds.
(Codes to use at Regal are stored on the GroupRaise site for you. They can be used to buy tickets at the theater via a printed QR code, or use a number code in the Regal app. Codes do not expire. Keep track of them by printing them or storing them on your phone, like in your Notes app. Fees may apply for some shows, such as new releases and 3D, but that's pretty typical, see FAQfor more information. This fundraiser runs from now until Sept. 23, 2026.)
Field Day
Thursday FIELD DAY starting at 10:20am. All families are welcome to join in on the fun (including younger siblings), regardless of whether you volunteer or not, between 10:20am-1:40pm!
Additionally, as noted in Aileen's Sunday email, all staff and families are welcome to eat along with the students thanks to a donation the PTA was able to make! Lunch times are as follows:
PreK/ /1st- 11:00am
2nd/3rd- 11:40am
Looking forward to a fun week! Please dress for the weather and don't forget to send your child(ren) with extra clothes, towels, shoes, etc.

Final Monthly All School Celebration Of the School Year
Thursday will be the last ALL-SCHOOL CELEBRATION of the year at 8-8:30am in the CHES Gym or via live stream.

Dinner and dessert will be provided with RSVP. No formal childcare at this meeting!
We will be voting in new board members and celebrating our volunteers and successes of this year! We are planning to be out on the playground but will move into the cafeteria if it is raining on our parade.

CHES 5K and Fun Run 2026
CHES 5K and Fun Run is CHES PTA’s primary fundraiser. Our 5K draws 500 attendees, including 350 race participants. It’s a blast. Join us to race or just have fun. Hope to see you there!

Place: Cinemapolis
Time: Doors open at 11:00 am; Movie starts promptly at 11:30 am.
Runtime: Approximately 1 hour and 38 minutes.
Price: $9 per ticket, plus some fees we can't avoid.
Buying a ticket is your RSVP. Please reserve by April 7, if possible, so we can ensure we get the theater that best fits our group.
This is not a "drop off" type event. Childcare is not provided. Please stay and enjoy the movie with the child(ren) you bring!

Flood-related community meeting
The CHES PTA and CHES Principal will be hosting a forum Tuesday, April 7th at 6pm to specifically discuss flood-related information, updates, answer questions, discuss what types of support is most critical, and how we, as a community can help.
