CHES After School Enrichment Program

Each semester, the CHES PTA offers and coordinates after-school enrichment classes taught in CHES classrooms immediately following the school day. These small, focused classes are specially designed by teachers, caregivers, and local organizations to engage students in experiential learning. They focus on education, exploration, the arts, and fun. All classes run once per week for 8 weeks, from 2:00pm -3:10pm (Mondays-Thursdays only).

How to Register
Registration is open Friday, February 13th and closes on Friday, February 20th.

  1. Complete the online registration form to express interest in enrolling your child in one or more enrichment programs. Please note, submitting the form is not guaranteed enrollment.

  2. Once registration closes, class lists will be created and enrollment notifications will be sent to caregivers the following week (along with payment details).

Cost
Enrichment is open to all CHES students. Classes cost $110 for the 8-week session.
*All classes are free for families who indicate the fee would be a barrier to participation (check the box within the registration form).

Transportation
In general, children participating in the CHES Enrichment Program will need to be picked up by 3:10pm at the front entrance of the school, walk home, or go to CHSAP. If your child is interested in participating in Enrichment and transportation is an obstacle, please email chesptaenrichment@gmail.com to discuss options.

Questions?
Contact Christina Konstantinidou, Enrichment Coordinator at chesptaenrichment@gmail.com

*Note: Completing the registration form does not guarantee enrollment in a class. The ENRICHMENT PROGRAM usually has more applications than spaces. Please sign up only for classes your child wants to take and be sure they fit into your schedule - we cannot offer refunds. If you did not get into a class last term, you will have priority this term.
